Refund Policy

All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for wrong items delivered or items damaged in transit. In the event that you require a refund, please send us an email to hello@lovebonds.com.sg within 7 days from the date of your order with us.
